The Franklin Township Neighborhood Preservation Program  is a technical assistance program funded by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and sponsored by the Township of Franklin.  The NPP conducts activities associated with the preservation of designated neighborhood. Through the NPP, neighbors are working together to develop a community plan that includes community clean up, housing rehab, and community improvements.
